About the role

This full-time position is based in Galway, Ireland and will involve coordinating the recruitment process, liaising with candidates, and ensuring a seamless experience for all.
What you’ll be doing
- Conducting initial phone screens and assessments to identify the most suitable candidates
- Scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate availability
- Maintaining detailed records of the recruitment process
- Providing administrative support to the recruitment team
- Assisting with the onboarding of new hires
- Staying up-to-date with recruitment trends and best practices

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
- Experience in a similar recruitment or administrative role
- Knowledge of social media platforms and job boards to attract candidates.
