Description of the role:

The Clinical Nurse Manager will be responsible for the planning, co-ordination and the effective and efficient management of resources by leading, managing and developing the nursing and healthcare assistant team to ensure excellence in patient care.

 Requirements: 

·      Registered in the relevant division of Nurses & Midwives maintained by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland [NMBI]

·      A minimum of 5 years full time relevant post qualification experience, preferably in an acute general medical/surgical situation. 

·      Have the clinical, managerial and administrative capacity. To lead, manage and motivate the nursing team, delegating responsibility

·      Demonstrate evidence of continuous professional development 

Salary:

Salary range €60,854 – €76,897 (dependent on years’ experience)
