Description of the role:
The Head of Psychology is responsible or the effective delivery of a quality psychology services to children and adults with complex disability via our Children’s Disability Network Teams, including a key focus on developing services in the areas of autism and neurodiversity.
Requirements:
- Possess a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology or related field.
- A minimum of 6 years full time (or an aggregate of 5 years fulltime) relevant post qualification experience.
- Candidates must have the requisite clinical, leadership, managerial and administrative knowledge and ability to properly discharge the functions of the role.
- Demonstrate depth and breadth of experience in working with individuals with disability, autism and neurodiversity.
- Strong clinical expertise and knowledge of evidence-based practices.
- Experience in research and innovation within the field of psychology.
Salary:
€113,823 – €131,951 (dependent on years’ experience)
