The Marketing Coordinator will join our Permanent Nursing Healthcare Division to support the recruitment of international healthcare staff for permanent placements with our clients in Ireland and the UK. The ideal candidate will be outgoing, personable and a problem solver with a positive, enthusiastic attitude and is willing to be a team player. This role is fast paced and would suit someone who is adaptable to change and enjoys working with others to achieve optimum results and high calibre staffing solutions for our clients.
Description:
Social Media Management:
- Assist in managing the company’s social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.).
- Create and schedule engaging posts to attract potential candidates.
- Monitor engagement and respond to inquiries or messages.
- Analyse social media metrics and trends to optimise content.
Content Creation and Marketing:
- Develop blog posts, articles, and other content related to recruitment trends, industry insights, or job-seeking advice.
- Create multimedia content, such as videos, infographics, and graphics, for use on digital platforms.
- Assist with email campaigns or newsletters targeting candidates or clients.
- Have experience in Canva in the design of marketing content.
SEO and Website Optimisation:
- Assist with search engine optimisation (SEO) strategies for the company website.
- Help ensure job listings are optimised for search engines, including creating relevant keywords and metadata.
- Contribute to maintaining and updating the company’s career page.
- Website updates and management.
Online Recruiting Support:
- Assist in sourcing candidates through online job boards, LinkedIn, or other digital platforms.
- Help screen resumes and applications submitted via the company’s digital channels.
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating virtual interviews or recruitment events.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as website traffic, social media engagement, or candidate application rates.
- Analyse digital marketing campaigns and help generate insights to improve recruitment strategies.
- Assist in preparing reports for the team or management on the effectiveness of digital recruitment activities.
Collaboration with the Recruitment Team:
- Supporting the recruitment process to onboard international nurses
- Using all social, database, networks, job boards, and company website to attract and connect with candidates.
- Using excellent communication skills across both written and verbal whilst always maintaining professional and well-functioning desk.
- Responsible for ensuring all content is done so with a high level of attention to detail
- Cultivating and building relations with candidates by creating open, friendly and communicative relationships
- Adhering to all company policies and meet all legislative requirements
- Any other duties as and when required.
Requirements:
- Previous proven experience in marketing, canva, social media platforms and website management.
- Excellent written and oral communication, strong command of the English Language.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, attention to detail and follow-up skills
- Proven initiative demonstrating “outside the box” thinking and ability to multitask and problem solve.
- Positive can-do attitude, welcoming challenges and approaches with positivity and competitiveness.
- Personal motivation & willingness to perform additional duties. Keen to undertake new and challenging responsibilities at a higher level with excellent results.
- High level attention to detail.
