Looking for a great salary and permanency?!
Look no further than University Hospital Southampton. With over 9000 medical and non-medical staff, the hospital is one of Southampton’s largest employers.
The hospital is well known to value their staff highly. They offer an excellent package, in particular, for Band 5 & 6 nurses. Typically salaries for nurses in these categories range from £21,478 – £34,530 depending on experience. That equates to €26,312 – €40,866*! And that’s for a working week of only 37.5hr!!
Not only does University Hospital Southampton offer great salaries but they also strive to make working with them a growing, learning and rewarding experience. But don’t take my word for it. Cesar, a charge nurse who Kate Cowhig placed in University Hospital Southampton a year and a half ago recently told us of his greatest nursing achievement to date.
The hospital also has exceptional forward thinking leadership from their Chief Executive, Fiona Dalton. Ms Dalton joined University Hospital Southampton in November 2013**. She regularly updates her own blog on the hospital website which will give you even further insight into the day to day life at the hospital.
My question to you is, with a hospital that offers such good leadership, support, development and security – Can you afford not to be a part of it?
Luckily for you my team will be in Lisbon next week for interviews. Interested? For more information click HERE. We would love to hear from you.
