This is an exciting time to be working at the Royal Free London NHS Foundation one of the biggest NHS Trusts in the UK, delivering care to more than 1.6 million people a year through our three main hospitals: Barnet, Chase Farm and Royal Free.

Hadley Wood Hospital in Barnet is part of the expansion of Private Patient Unit (PPU) and offers patients a wide range of services independently as well as being an integral part of PPU.

Hadley Wood Hospital has recently undergone a major refurbishment and now hosts an MRI, CT, Imaging and 2 fully equipped operating rooms and Endoscopy Suite as well as 2 Day Surgery wards and outpatient facilities.

We are looking to appoint passionate, enthusiastic, and motivated Band 5 scrub practitioners/ anaesthetic theatre nurses who have some scrub / anaesthetic experience and want to develop their skills further.

Specialties include Vascular, Plastics/cosmetics, Orthopaedics, Breast, Urology, Gynaecology and Colorectal.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

  • Eligible to register with NMC
  • Non-EU Trained Nurses – A minimum of 12 months acute hospital experience
  • EU Trained Nurses – Newly Qualified Nurses accepted
  • IELTS or OET is required if applying from a country where an English language test is essential to gain NMC registration. Academic IELTS (with a score of 7 in Listening, Reading and Speaking and a score of 6.5 in Writing) or OET Exams (with a Grade B in Listening, Reading and Speaking and a Grade C+ in Writing)
