Finglas Children’s Disability Network Team

The Finglas Children’s Disability Network Team is an interdisciplinary team providing assessment and intervention to children and young people aged 0-18 years who have complex needs arising from a disability.

 The Senior Physiotherapist is a core member of the CDNT and is central to the promotion and delivery of frontline health and social services. As part of the CDNT the Senior Physiotherapist provides support to children with communication difficulties and to their parents. Much of the work carried out is with the family and systems surrounding the child including health, welfare and education services, providing a holistic approach promoting the safety and welfare of the children attending the service. The role will also include supporting families before, during and post diagnosis.

 Salary & Benefits:

·       Salary will be dependent on experience (€54,677 €64,381)

·       Relocation Packages Non EU- €10,000/ EU/UK –  €8,000 T & C’s apply

·       Full-time, Permanent.

·       Monday – Friday.

·       35 hour working week.

·       You will be required to take part in the on-call roster also. 

Essential Requirements:

·       Be registered, or be eligible for registration, as a Physiotherapist by the Physiotherapist Registration Board at CORU. (https://www.coru.ie/) (Assistance with registration provided to overseas applicants)

·       3 years post qualification Physiotherapy experience.

·       IELTS/OET English Language Test
