Recruitment Administrator

The Recruitment Administrator will be required to undertake the recruitment of international permanent healthcare staff.
The ideal candidate is outgoing, personable and a problem solver with a positive, enthusiastic attitude. The right person for this job will be driven to succeed. This job is fast paced and would suit someone who enjoys a challenge and working with others to achieve optimum results and high calibre staffing solutions for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, preparing interview packs, interview preparation, interview schedules, coordinating online interviews
- Sending out correspondence to send to candidates including interview confirmation emails and regret letters to unsuccessful applicants
- Responsible for the completion of compliance checks
- Updating and maintaining a database and spreadsheet trackers
- Respond to candidate/client queries where appropriate
- Any other appropriate duties as directed
Requirements:
- Previous Administrative experience essential
- Excellent attention to detail
- A team player with strong people skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with an ability to multitask
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
- IT proficient and experience in using different software and systems
- Self-motivated with an eagerness to learn and develop
