Oncology / Haematology Nurse - DUBLIN

Permanent Full-time – Dublin City Centre, Dublin South, Dublin West



One of Dublin's largest Academic Teaching Hospital with over 1000 beds.  As the Republic of Ireland's largest teaching hospital with major academic links to Trinity College Dublin, they provide emergency and elective medical and surgical services and employ almost 4,500 multidisciplinary staff. 


The Hope (Haematology, Oncology, Palliative Care) Directorate provides specialised care to patients with haematological disorders and cancer. The Directorate incorporate the National Centre for Adult Bone Marrow transplantation and the National Centre for Hereditary Coagulation Disorders. Their aim is to provide holistic, thoughtful, sensitive, empathic and respectful care that sees the patient at the centre of what they do.


Dublin is the capital of the Republic of Ireland and sits on Ireland’s east coast at the mouth of the beautiful River Liffey. It is a multi-cultural, creative hub and in 2010 was even designated as a UNESCO City of Literature in recognition of its cultural profile and international standing.   • Annual salary commencing at €28,483 – €43,469 (depending on experience)

  • Registered General Nurse with Nursing & Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI), or eligible to register

  • A minimum of 12 months acute hospital experience within the last 3 years in a 200+ bedded hospital.

  • European Union Trained Nurses- Academic IETLTS is required for nurses who have trained within the European Union (EU).

  • Nurses who have trained outside of the EU must have NMBI Decision letter
