Band 7 Emergency Nurse Practitioner

Permanent Full-time – UK


KCR in affiliation with Barnet Hospital, Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust, are currently looking to recruit a Band 7 ENP  to work within the Emergency department of a major teaching hospital.

The Post Holder will be responsible and accountable for the management and development of the advanced practitioner service within the Emergency Department. You will work as an autonomous practitioner, independently exercising professional accountability and responsibility, using extended skills and knowledge whilst working within agreed practitioner guidelines and protocols, to deliver high quality and clinically effective patient care.

  • Salary for Band 7 up to £41,787 (DOE)
  • 15% London Living Allowance on top of basic salary

  • Be a Registered Nurse with NMC pin or EU qualified with IELTS passed
  • Hold a post registration qualification within speciality

  • Demonstrate the ability to deliver clinical skills in practice
  • Extensive post registration experience
  • Flexible

  • Ability to fulfil the travel arrangements of the job
  • Able to meet moving and handling requirements of job with any aids or adaptions that may be required


  • Prepare to work towards a Master’s Degree in Health
  • Current EPLS/ALS
  • Experience of implementing change
